Designed for children ages Toddlers - 10 years, our program offers a variety of workshops appropriate to each child's age, stamina, and ability. We divide our workshops in segments that involve a sensory session, arts & crafts, mindfulness practice, creativity, movement and music. Each segment varies in length according to the type of activity and the age/interest of each group
